How donating works

Step 1

Submit your craft

Fill in the form below with photos, a description, and your contact details. Our team reviews every submission.

Step 2

We review & approve

We check your craft meets our guidelines and confirm it's ready to be matched with a recipient.

Step 3

Match & ship

Once matched, we coordinate shipping. The recipient pays only the shipping and handling fees — your craft is given freely.

Donation guidelines

To keep every gift meaningful and safe, all crafts must meet these four criteria.

Handmade by you

Every item must be crafted by hand — knitted, sewn, thrown, carved, beaded, or otherwise made by the donor.

Family-appropriate

All crafts must be suitable for recipients of all ages and backgrounds. Nothing offensive, adult-themed, or unsafe.

Clean & good condition

Items should be clean, undamaged, and ready to be enjoyed. No repairs needed, no stains, no missing parts.

Ready to ship

You must be able to package and post the item within a reasonable timeframe once a match is confirmed.
